152mm ML-20S howitzer

The ISU-152 is fitted with the ML-20S howitzer. This consists of the ordnance of the ML-20 towed howitzer in combination with a cradle for vehicle mounting.

12.7mm DShK heavy machine gun

For self-defense a 12.7mm DShK heavy machine gun if mounted on the roof. This can also be used against low flying aircraft.
